Pontiac VENTURA 1974 Description
1974 Ventura, v8 auto trans. odometer says 154444 you guess. Runs good, good interior, have new black carpet to go in it. A/C car no compressor, heater works so does lights signals etc. Good project to drive as you work on it, that was my plan. No time for it, family comes first! This is a cool older car, not a show car by any means. Has a lot of bondo in it as well as needs rear frame rails worked on or replaced. Summit has them for around 250. a pair. What you see is what you get, has a little rot around front windshield dash area, I was going to remove windshield and grind it out and fill it and would be done, same with frame rails, do as I go. Not a peach but seen some real turds (barn finds, rat rods) etc.go for crazy prices in my opinion. Iam asking a fair price. If it doesn't sellwell I guess it can sit. Will look at offers but probally won't budge much other than considering fuel to pickup. etc. 217-690-1580, most texting is just a tire kicker, Pleas no scammers! Keep your sending shipper with extra cash to pick up also don't need help selling bull crap to your self. Only going with a buy it now don't have time for a 10 day auction you either want it or you don't! I must add its for sale locally also. Yes you can drive it home. Make an offer over 5000.00 and drive it home, not going to wait for another missed opportunity.8-30-16, Just pulled the old carpet out to put in the new and get that done and well rather than screw the next person I took a picture of the floor on the drivers side. Its junk! I could have covered it up and let the next person deal with it but that's not good to do. So, a new floor pan is $800.00 labor an easy $1000.00 I don't have time to do it (don't want to either) I will nock off $1800.00 more from an offer I got of $5000.00 glad it didn't sell now that I saw this, an even $3000.00 its yours. It had a piece of metal covering it up fit good, I could have tack welded that in applied a ton of caulk hid it and said ther you go but that's not right. Passenger side is ok, still a great ride. Iam not putting the new carpet in until it gets fixed. Iam loseing my rear on this, that's the way it goe. Will not relist, I guess I could call it a "BARN FIND" and keep the price high, LOL!!!!!Going to put it in the front yard today for sale so if you want it best be calling or hitting the button.
